A 1/4 turn locking system replaces our traditional PPS collar, letting you attach the lid-to the hard cup with a quick twist. a domed design allows up to 3 oz of fluid below the filter, reducing inconsistent spray and sputter. full diameter filters and a wider fluid spout improve flow and filtration. PPS series 2.0 lids lock onto cups with a quarter turn, without the need for a separate collar. as part of the 3MPPS series 2.0 - the next generation of our highest performing disposable spray cup system - 3M PPS series 2.0 lids are integral to delivering added benefits in paint application and shop efficiency. each lid features a domed geometry that allows up to 3 oz (90 mL) of material to be held below the filter during on demand spraying. 3M PPS series 2.0 lids also feature a wider fluid spout for improved flow, and the built in 120 or 200 micron filter extends the full diameter of the lid for the highest quality filtration and consistency from start to finish. the 3M PPS series 2.0 spray cup system is our latest, best performing disposable spray cup system. the system has been redesigned from the connection to the cup, and has been improved in six ways offering a complete disposable spray cup solution for mixing/measuring, filtering, spraying and for temporary sealing and protection of sprayable coatings. every PPS series 2.0 lid features a quarter turn lid locking system to help reduce paint build-up and possible contamination. Additionally, each lid and liner kit contains a new hard cup which also features universal mixing ratios built into the cup, eliminating the need for separate inserts and helping ensure the most accurate mix possible. 3M PPS series 2.0 makes it even easier to mix directly in the cup. if you're mixing on a scale, use the "max fill" notation on each cup to fit the maximum amount. cups include a clear access window to help you see how much material is left while spraying. the window also allows you to hold the liner for easier, cleaner lid removal. this is especially useful during refills or tinting.
